I sold a set at our car show auction. Very clean, no dry rot, about 50% tread
wear. Sold for $225, but there weren't a lot of people at the auction.

Just to pop in here, I have 5 original redlines on my 76 (I think the spare has
never seen the ground) and was wondering how much they are worth. Probably say
they are in good to excelent condition - no cracks or excesive wear (about 52K
on the car). I like the feel of the new tires and would also be interested in
"redlining" a set to keep the look.
Thanks for any opinions,

My wife and I had this argument. I wanted performance; she wanted the "look". I
bought a set of Pirelli
P4000's in a 205/70VR15 and had redlines added by British Wire Wheel. The car
drives and rides MUCH
better and the steering is so much easier we thought something broke in the
column. And I get weird looks
at shows ("I didn't know that Pirelli MADE a redline!")
