Graham,
I think a little bit more definition on "the frame seems solid" before
setting a price. If it's not, someone is looking at a lot of money/time.
Ask me how I know. Try to jam a screwdriver through the frame at the
trailing arms.
If it's solid...I'd say around $1500-2500 depending on how bad the floors
are.
