Throttle shaft seals-solution

Thanks for all the replies on the sticky throttle shaft seals. A liberal
application of WD-40 loosened things up.

Cranked her over for the first time since the Fall, what a beautiful sound!
Even got a short ride to test the reinforced diff mounts, poly diff
bushings, Nylatron trailing arm bushings, and, of course, the rebuilt carbs.
