I got a perfect factory hardtop w/ my car back in '89.
I put it on the car for a week in June of '89 and remember
that the fit was quite good. I took some pictures of the
car and then took the top off, wrapped it up and put it in
my mother-in-law's basement where it's been ever since. It
looks great and is functional, and it stiffens the body
considerably. The only problem is you no longer have a
convertible ;-)
