fan blades

I have a 70tr6 motor, it suffers from a bit of overheating (runs at the 3/4 
mark in traffic and halfway between 1/2 and 3/4 while driving.  i have both 
the 7 blade and the 13 blade fan.  I would like to know which one runs 
cooler.  I presently run with the yellow 7 blade fan.
