My 69 TR-6 front carb is spitting fuel out of the breather hole to the float
chamber--the top/left side hole on the carb facing the air canister (flooded
the air canister almost full!). I rapped the carb with a screwdriver handle,
drained the carb (bottom screw out plug) and used a straightened paper clip
to "feel" the floats moving (shape them loose), all to no avail. I think my
fixed needle (nonadjustable early type) must be stuck/not working, and won't
stop the gas flow even when the float says "enough"; any quick fix
suggestions? (or is it card rebuild time..ugh). Thank you
Don
