It's a 1 1/8' bolt. I don't think you will really need an impact socket.
As far as the puller goes, here either Auto Zone or Advance Auto will loan
it to you with a deposit. Then refund the deposit when the tool is returned.

Not sure about the size of the bolt, but you'll need a puller to get
the damper off the crank. Tapping it with a hammer won't work (or at
least it never has for me). You can get a puller at any decent auto
parts or hardware store.
