I would like to know too.
Lots of times I see questions like this, and wait for the reply to them,
but I never see it. I think in many cases the response to the question
is made off-list.
I doubt that Shane will respond off-list, but I think many people do.
Many times I get off-list replies to my questions, and I often think
that there are others out there who would like the info too.
I would like to see almost every response be made on-list, with off-list
responses saved for unusual situations. I am here to learn as much as I
can, and would like to at least have the chance to read all the replies.
If I'm not interested I can delete them quickly.
Just my wish for the day.
