Dwayne---Not knowing what all was changed during your front end rebuild,
I'll just take a stab at this. 
Sometimes the culprit is in the rear. Less 'lift' at the left rear can
allow the right front to go higher than the left front. Measure both of
the rear sides, from fender lip to ground. If the left side is lower,
jack it up just enough to even it with the right side. Then measure the
right front, to see if it is now even with the left front.  This can set
the chassis straight, in some cases, tho it's not meant to be the answer
if there is some inherent difference with front spring rate, or method
that the suspension was assembled.  

This can be like the guy who found one table leg shorter than the other
three and began sawing. Take a good look before spending too much
energy!
