If I am reading your e-mail the right way....why did you change out the tranny? Your e-mail shows the Triumph revving at 3000 when doing 50? and the Toyota revving 3500. So why are you changing out and then according to your report your triumph has a fifth gear. WOW! My 4 speed does 2500 in fourth gear at 50mph, 3000 at 60, 3500 at 70, 4000 at 80, 4500 at 90 and then I have to change my underwear! Robert L.
