Correct. This car was for sale at Import Carlisle earlier this year. I'm
not sure of its current status. If I recall correctly, the price was
mid-20s.
I'll add to your tidbits; it runs 14:1 compression, NASCAR power-steering
rack.
The later TVR 2500M also used the Triumph motor, but was more easily
identified by using TR6 tail lamp assemblies. By 1974, TVR began looking
for another motor for this body, and chose the 2.8 liter Ford Zephyr V6.
Altogether this did make for a more powerful and better handling car, but
most TVR enthusiasts believe the 2500M to be the better car.
