GL-4 Gear Oil

Listers,
  FWIW, I stumbled upon some GL-4 gear oil a while back at a Sears Hardware 
store
in SW Ohio. Apparently, it is somewhat hard to find. The brand was "CRC", 
packaged in 1-quart bottles @ $2.99 (??) each. I believe that it is the same 
brand as a silicone aerosol that I bought at Ace Hardware.
 Have no idea of its quality. Just wanted to advise of another source.
