Alan---The "V" or "H" is a letter given to designate the speed rating of a tire. An H-rating at 130 mph should be good enough to handle the sustained top speed of the TR6. The v-rating is supposed to be good at 150 mph. I have had both tire ratings on my cars (including a 5.0 Mustang) and could feel no difference in the handling. Tread design, aspect ratio, and temperature rating seem to be more important to handling, so far as tires go. Dick |
