Al---Not being able to get into first or reverse gear means your clutch
is not disengaging. The "problem" here is in one or two places, (maybe
both). 
First be sure that the Slave Cylinder moves the pushrod out at least 1/2
inch when the clutch pedal is fully depressed. (Ask Paula to assist in
this.)  If it does not go this far, you are losing "stroke" either due
to excess play in the pedal box or air in the fluid system.

If you have your full compliment of travel at the SC pushrod, and the
clutch still won't disengage, the problem then is likely to be a broken
pin the the clutch fork. Gear box removal is necessary to correct this.
