General List Question

Hi List,

I will be cancelling my ISP today and will be signing on with broad band
Internet access on Tuesday, 10/22. My question is this:  Do I have to
unsubscribe to this list under my current account and re-subscribe when I get
my new account.  Or can I contact the list owner directly to make the change
from the old to the new?
