Rick, Check the travel on the slave cylinder, if it's moving at least a 1/2" and the SC is mounted correctly you may have a the dreaded fork pin failure. It seems to be a plague. Try moving the SC rod up to the top notch. If this helps it's probably in the fork travel & a tranyectomy will need to be performed. It's not difficult, just laborious.
