Here's the cam I used with a milled head, and a header with good
results:

grind number   67-18 ,  seat duration 268 , duration at .050  222,  cam
lift .289,

cold lash   I .016  E .018

comments  PERFORMANCE STREET 9:1, SPRINGS, HEADER, 2-5K
