Walt---Your '74 has an early water pump, that matched the other 3/8" pulleys on these engines. I don't think the water pump pulley can be easily changed to the 1/2" belt size. It would be simpler to go to the later model pump, as designed. Meanwhile, I'd go with the 1/2" belt that matches the other two pulleys. Dick '73 |
