Fuzzy seal

I know this is something I should have taken a picture of "before" working,
but where does the "fuzzy seal" stop at the front door/windshield area.
They sent enough material to run it all the way up the window post, but I
don't think the window will roll real well.

Any hints??  Thanks in advance
