I have an original 1976 TR6 with only about 17,000 miles on it. Have always owned it and it has never been touched. The gas cap is at an angle. The dealership, Motor Service Company in Rapid City South Dakota, says that they were purposely placed that way to facilitate holding the nozzle properly. Many people that restore their cars tend to allign them straight...but that is NOT, yes I repeat, NOT as original! CF55382 |
