Hugh Fader asked why the exhaust valve had two collars on the top of the valve spring. Someone told me that it was to rotate the exhaust valve, which gets the hottest, thus helping it keep from burning. I don't know how true this information is but it is a logical expination for the difference between the collars on the intake and exhaust valve springs. Mike Lunsford, 1970 TR6 Yahoo!
