Help, again, listers!

The doors are back in. Restoration nearly complete. However, I find the door 
aperture is about 3/16 bigger at the top end than the bottom. If the rest of 
the car didn't look so gorgeous I'd just put thick shims behind the latch 
plate.

So, how do I shim the frame/body to correct this? I could guess, but prefer 
to ask the experts. (You folks.)
