Toyota Calipers

Have thought about the Toyota caliper conversion myself.  I decided against 
it because I was concerned about the availability of competition pads.  I 
know that there are a lot of choices for different compounds that will fit my 
TR-6 in lots of catalogs.  I was not sure I could get competition pads for a 
4wd Toyota pick up truck.  Am I way off base here?
