Seat belts for 71

Boy did I restart a controversy. On a final note, I found an original 1971 
sales brochure for a 1971 TR6 and it definitely has static shoulder belts in 
it. Also the general survey on the VTR seat belt article mentioned in 
yesterdays mailing list has the changeover to inertial seatbelts sometime 
around early 72. Thanks everyone for your input. I think I'll go for 3 point 
static belts.
