Answering items on the list

Mike,  I am a member of 6-PACK and I've been reading the list items for a
long time but have never joined in myself.  How do I go about this?  Do I
just e-mail you or is this some form of chat room format?  I think this was
all explained to me when I signed onto the list but I think I lost most of
my memory when I did my nut-and-bolt resto on my '74 TR6.  Thanks for you
