list, I had my 74 made ~120psi. When I did the engine I shaved the head to 3.400", and I have yet to really check the compression, but I put the tester on one of the cylinders and got about 155psi. The engine does have a cam, so that may bleed off some, but I thought that a stock "smog car" would have about 130 psi., just guessing though. Nelson's TR250 has approximately 11:1~11.5:1 and the compression gague showed 180psi when we tested it. Ryan Miles Make a great connection at Yahoo! Personals. |
