Kai,
Be thankful you have a potential buyer so hot on the car that he wants to
see it before anyone else. :-)
I have news for you, there is software out there that anyone can buy that
will guide someone street by street right to your house.  If it's privacy
you crave don't publish your phone numbers where the entire world can gain
access to it forever.  FYI, Just about all mail lists are archived on the
internet now for all to see.
