rear engine/tranny mount removal :(

anyone know a good way to get to the boltheads on the rear engine mount which
is the the thing the rear of the transmission sits on? theres 4 bolts, you
have to hold the top SOMEHOW and  use a ratchet on the nyloc nuts on the
bottom but i've tried for a long time now and can't get a wrench on the top of
the bolts thru this tiny slot. i have OD and tried to get the trans out
without removing the mount but didn't work.
