Dan---It's necessary to remove the key in the end of the crankshaft before the sprocket and the sleeve behind it will come off. Lots of WD-40 and a sturdy pair of Vise Grips usually gets the job done. Be careful in using the gear puller behind the crank sprocket. It's soft, and the teeth can be damaged. Dick T. |
