Alan said in his first post the hydraulics were replaced. The TR6 pressure plate does not pull away from the disk very far. If there is an uneven surface on the flywheel, once the clutch beds in...i.e. the 'grooves' start to form.... then you can get a condition where the clutch won't disengage when it's hot.
