you are missing a forward slash.
Many ISPs provide their members websites under their own internet address
(e.g., www.pil.net) by placing sub directories within the main directory.
Most anytime you see a tilde ("~"), this indicates that this is a members
directory -- theoretically, if you knew other members names, you could
type them in to change directories.
