This is a bit off the subject, but I saw a TR6 on TV the other night.
I was flipping around at about 9pm on Tuesday night when I saw the
familiar headlights. Turns out the show was on an old Matlock. The
plot was about some "think tank" where on of the projects was (I think)
natural gas fueling of cars. The TR6 was one of the fleet cars.
Anyway, some guy murdered another guy by hitting him with the TR6.
Then he backed into the TR later that night with his big piece of
Detroit iron to get rid of the evidence. The TR had quite a bit of
front end damage and was being fixed and resprayed by the local
mechanic. It was nice to see a '6 on TV, and to be the quasi-star of
the show was a bonus.
