I bought a Suspension Techniques rear sway bar for my BMW a few years ago,
and their instructions said to use lithium grease on the urethane
bushing...which I did and they squeaked 4 months later. I then read
somewhere that spraying brake cleaner on the bushings will quiet them
down. It's an older, high-mileage car, so I gave it a shot...and they've
been quiet for over a year. Maybe just a weird coincidence.......
A few people are starting to make greaseable urethane bushing...they have a
little channel along the mating surface and a grease nipple...to combat
this widespread problem.

What is the best stuff to lubricate urethane bushings? IM almost ready to
start a complete rebuild on a frame off restoration.
