Mounting base for 1971 TR6 rear reflectors

OK listers you've come through for me before, I hope you can this time. Does 
anyone know the whereabouts of a mounting base for the rear reflectors on a 
1971 TR6.  I just purchased the actual reflector and chrome ring from TRF, 
who came through like a champ. But they did not have a part number or any 
idea of where to obtain the base mounting piece for the reflectors. The piece 
is black and square. It mounts to the body just under the 71's tail lights.
