Speedometer/Voltage Stabilizer problems

Ken,
Put a volt meter on the output of the voltage stabilizer.  The output
should read battery voltage then ZERO then
battery voltage again.  The stabilizer cycles from zero to battery voltage
and back AVERAGING 10 volts.  If you
get NO output from the unit, test it's input.  If you get input and no
output...   well you understand.  This is also
a good reason to buy Dan Master's book.  It covers these diagnostics VERY well.
