Lurker with a TR 250

Hello 6 Packers,

I have been lurking for the last couple of weeks because I just bought a TR
250. Unfortunately, the frame is about gone. Terminal cancer. I am not
familar with TRs so I hope you won't mind my DCO questions.

Is the engine the same as a TR 6's? Or GT-6? Since I will probably part it
out, what kind of ball park figures for stuff like:

engine
transmission
rear end
fenders
doors
hood
bumpers

I appreciate any info. This car is a rapid departure from what I am used to.
