Robert---No, I don't have a solution to your "bucking" TR during
subsequent auto-X runs, but I do have more questions that may help with
the diagnosis. It needs to be established whether the engine is being
flooded with fuel or leaning out. Have someone watch the tailpipe(s) to
see if black smoke comes out or not when the engine "catches." You
should be able to duplicate this condition by letting it idle for a
while, as when you were waiting in line, then trying it out in my
favorite spot-- the parking lot of the neighborhood mall before it opens
to shopping traffic.

I know you've had your share of carb float trouble thru older mailings.

At what rpm does this stop/start?

At this point I'll rule out some break in the ignition circuit wiring,
that could show itself with the manoevers present in slaloming a car.

What is your water temperature as shown on the gauge when the erratic
behavior shows up?

I haven't forgot about your occasional brake pedal "drop," but want to
check something on my own car before replying.
(It has to do with loose wheel bearings.)
