How to get to the Front sway bar mounts?

I have purchased the urethane roll bar mounts, and what is the trick to get
the u-bolts off. I can't get a wrench on them, it looks like you might be
able to remove the radiator guard pan that mounts to the frame, but is that
the easiest way?
