Bob,
Don't cut your windshield frame off! There are some
bolts that you can access if you open the door. They
are below the windshield frame and next to the bolt
that helps fasten the fender on. (sorry that wasn't
all that clear) there two bolts on the frame that go
into the underdash area. One of them will loosen the
grip that your car has on your windshield frame. I
think thats how it goes.. if my memory serves me
correctly. Also try a hammer from underneath
alternating from side to side as you tap on the ends
of the studs. Hope this helps.
