I think it's time to replace my thrust washers as noticed visible end float when pushing the crank [pulley back and forth. I roughly measured this to be 0.02" by using feeler gauges between the crank pulley and timing cover. Is there a way to determine if I need a standard or one of the oversized washers before I remove the sump? For that matter, how can I tell what I need until I measure the end float with a new STD washer? Russ Pagano 71 TR6 Columbia, MD |
