Thinking of security issues... My car is a UK spec 2000 MkII and therefore equipped with single circuit brakes. In the 2000 Register's "Service Notes" compilation I read a 15 year old article about the upgrade to a tandem system (fitting an export model master brake cylinder and modifing the brake servo etc.). Is this still 'state-of-the-art' or are there other (more convenient) ways to do this? Regards, Thorsten '71 2000 MkII Auto Estate RHD /// /// 2000-register@autox.team.net mailing list /// |
