clutch bleeding problems??

The *&^%$#"* clutch won't work!!!!!!:-(

Here's what I've got. There's new seals in the master cylinder and slave (no
leaking), the masterC is pumping fluid down to the slave, but the level in
the tank moves down 'very' slowly and I've thoroughly checked all pipes for
leaks, but I just can't get the system to bleed and when I think it has, the
pedal has no pressure???

What am I missing??

Any help would be great
